SCHWAZZE GRAND RE-OPENING EVENTS GIVEAWAY: OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary to enter or win the SCHWAZZE GRAND RE-OPENING EVENTS GIVEAWAY (the “giveaway”). purchase will not improve chances of winning. 

ELIGIBILITY. The Giveaway are open only to:

• Individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and

• Individuals who are not employees of Medicine Man Technologies, Inc. dba Schwazze and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (“Schwazze”), including but not limited to Emerald Fields Merger Sub, LLC, SBUD LLC (“Star Buds”), Double Brow, LLC, or any of their affiliates, parent companies, or subsidiaries, or the household members or immediate family members of any such employee of Schwazze (including without limitation spouses, parents, siblings, or children). Void where prohibited by law and outside of the State of Colorado and the United States.

TIMING. The Giveaway period begins on August 17, 2024 and ends on August 25, 2024 at the close of business at each location (the “Promotional Period”). The window to participate is ONLY during the Promotional Period. Winners must present their winning cards to a budtender to claim their prize between August 17, 2024 and August 25, 2024.

HOW TO ENTER. There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Any customer that shops at Glendale, Pueblo East, Belmar, Ft. Collins or Garden City Star Buds locations in Colorado between August 17, 2024 and August 25, 2024 will be given a scratch off prize card. Scratch to reveal your prize.

• By Email. Without purchase, an individual or a Gratify Rewards Member can email [email protected] with the following information for one (1) giveaway entry, per customer, during the Promotional Period:
  • Full Name
  • Birthdate (must be age 21 or older at time of entry)
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Gratify Rewards Customer # (if applicable)
  • Closest / favorite Star Buds location
    
    

HOW TO WIN. Visit our Glendale, Pueblo East, Belmar, Ft. Collins or Garden City Star Buds locations and receive a scratch off card.  Scratch off card to reveal your prize. Present your prize card to a budtender to claim your prize between August 17, 2024 and August 25, 2024.

Depending on selection of winnerS, prize ranges from $4-50. 

PRIZE: The prize depends on selection of the winners, prizes range from $4-$50.  All options for prizes are listed in the table immediately below:

TERM OF GIVEAWAY: During the Promotional Period, customers can scratch off their card to win a prize with a retail value of $4-$50. Entrants can participate only from August 17, 2024-August 25, 2024, by scratching off their card and redeeming their prize at Glendale, Pueblo East, Belmar, Ft. Collins or Garden City Star Buds locations in Colorado throughout the days during the promo.

RESTRICTIONS APPLY: The above prize is specific to the randomly-drawn winners and is non-transferable. Schwazze shall have the sole and final decision over all matters related to the drawing. Prizes have no cash value. No cash or credit redemption, assignment, transfer, or substitution of any prize or portion thereof is permitted. Must be 21 or older to enter and winners must claim their prize between August 17, 2024 and August 25, 2024. Winners must appear in person and present valid identification in order to claim their prize. If the winners are unable to redeem their prize during the applicable time period, the prize will be forfeited. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, the winners grant to Schwazze and its subsidiaries and/or agents, an unfettered right of publicity, without limitation, the right to use and publish the winners’ name, image, and/or likeness, for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notice, review, or approval. Schwazze reserves the right to disqualify and/or revoke any prize awarded to any individual it finds to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. In consideration for entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to hold harmless, release, defend and indemnify Schwazze and their employees, representatives, assignees, directors, owners, officers, and affiliates (collectively “Released Parties”) from all liabilities, claims, or lawsuits of any nature whatsoever arising from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in the Giveaway.

Any tax liability resulting from the award of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES; CHOICE OF LAW: Under no circumstances will the entrant be permitted to obtain, and the entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages or form of relief. In consideration for entering the Giveaway, ALL ENTRANTS CONTRACTUALLY AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for damages of any nature regarding an alleged incident, including without limitation, all questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, shall be GOVERNED BY COLORADO LAW and EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION shall be in the courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Void outside the United States or anywhere prohibited by law.
